Join the New Rochelle Public Library Foundation for our next Cocktails & Conversation event at The Dining Lab at Monroe University, featuring restaurateur and food influencer Sabrina Rudin, owner of Spring Café Aspen and New York.

Sabrina will be here to talk about her first cookbook, Healthy with a Side of Happy, and share what she’s learned about how to cook, eat and live in a healthier way for ourselves, our families and our planet. Monroe University’s renowned culinary team will prepare and serve samples from Rudin’s cookbook, which will be available for sale
and signing.

Cocktails & Conversation with Sabrina Rudin will take place on May 14 at The Dining Lab Restaurant at Monroe University (434 Main Street, New Rochelle) from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
